Delivery & Pricing

We will ensure you will receive your order in the shortest possible time. Our team will dispatch your purchase within 24 hours (weekends and public holidays excluded), unless of course you have purchased a product with pre order status.  Anticipated arrival dates are always used as a guide only.  Due to customs clearance and freight delays, orders may be slightly delayed.

We use the services of Aramex for our warehousing, order fulfilment and dispatch.  After purchasing online you will be emailed an Aramex Tracking Number.  This allows you to track your parcel from collection to delivery. Standard delivery ensures you will receive your goods between  4-10 working days. Extra time may be required for regional areas.

Should you choose to nominate a PO Box, your order will be on forwarded by Aramex Australia to Australia Post as Aramex do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Also, if you are having your parcel delivered to an area that is out of the Aramex network, your parcel will be on forwarded to Australia Post. 

All orders will need to be signed for.  This ensures correct delivery and protects your order against theft if you are not home.  You will have an opportunity to have your order redelivered if you a left a calling card.  Should you not be available upon the second delivery, your parcel will be held at the nearest depot and there will be a storage charge of $5.50 to retrieve it.
